Paris Hilton sparks fans' concerns as son wears life jacket backwards in pool video
The socialite, 43, took to social media over Memorial Day weekend to share a video of her and Phoenix enjoying the sunny weather while splashing together in the pool.( )
However, many fans took to her comments to advise the mom-of-two — who recently also addressed safety fears over her children's car seats — pointing out that her little one had his blue life jacket on backwards.( )
